This is hybrid berry that is a cross between a blackberry and a raspberry It has white flowers in early spring are followed by large firm conical dark purple black berries in December to January with heavy yeilds under the ideal conditions. Fruit are ready when they are easily removed

Moderately vigorous mostly spineless canes. Self-fertile. Insect and bee pollinatedThe flowers are a good source of nectar
