This compact dwarf Mondo is a low-growing evergreen that slowly spreads by short underground stolons to form a 15 cm clump. The blade-like arching leaves are an attractive dark green and the berries that follow the flowers are bright blue.
Likes an average moist well-drained soil in partial sun.
It can be used as a low edger, between stepping stones or a rock garden. It can tolerate some foot traffic so it makes a great lawn alternative for low-traffic areas.
