Hydrangea macrophylla ‘You & Me Together’ is a compact deciduous shrub that grows up to 1 metre tall and wide. It produces large, rounded flower heads on strong stems that are made up of delicate double blooms. The flowers emerge lime green and age to dark pink, resulting in a multi-colored show. The color of the flower depends on the pH of the soil. In autumn, the color intensifies to pinkish-red.
