Hydrangea Alpengluhen is a mophead hydrangea that produces large, hot pink to purple flowers from summer to autumn. The plant grows tall and forms a neat and compact shrub . It is recommended to plant it in humus-rich soil that does not completely dry out in summer for best results. The plant is deciduous and is hardy in most areas of New Zealand .
