These are sold bare rooted from open ground Usually available July August

These are are good sturdy trees about 2/5 metres  but will have to be pruned if being couriered

Luisa ripens towards the end January beginning of February. The fruit is elongated yellow with red skin. The flesh is yellow the flesh is yellow is sweet, juicy and good flavour. Stone not quite freestone but easily removed. It is a European type plum and semi self fertile it generally crops well even on young trees. found it does get some brown rot but otherwise relatively free of disease.under minimal spray program. Pollinators are Billington or Freedom
